Description: Following their partnership with Taylor & Parrish on the Reynolds Crossing MOB 3, Reynolds Development once again tapped Taylor & Parrish as their builder for this 50,000 Square foot shell medical office building.  Taylor & Parrish worked with Reynolds Development and the design team to overcome challenging site topography and infrastructure issues.  After the shell building was completed, Taylor & Parrish was again tapped to complete the build-out of two major tenants, Virginia Eye Institute and Dermatology Associates of Virginia.
